That depends. I love forward planning but I know businesses are often challenged with short timeframes. I'm accustomed to pressure and we will plan accordingly, and I'll also re realistic if the requirements need adjusting to achieve the expected results.
The scope of the work, budget and timeframe we're working are bespoke to you. I've had overnight successes but other results, meeting the requirements of the scope of work have taken much longer. The critical conversation to have is what you are hoping to achieve and by when. Results are measured along the way and this is very much a partnership.
